Something soooo classy, wow!
This jet black headstall has short cheeks, with beading in each cheek. Bead colors are light grey/dark grey/black/dark blue/denim blue/light blue/light brown. I included a less exposed photo of the beading, to try and show the actual colors in the beadwork. These colors and design are just so classy, I wish you could see them in person.
Have you ever seen grey lacing? I've had my eye on the grey lace for quite awhile, and finally took the plunge and purchased some! I'm so glad I did! The grey braid in the crown and ear are just wicked cool! I used a small bit of tan colored buckstitch on the ends of the crown strap, to pull in the light brown from the beading.
You're going to see more of these bead colors in the future - they've become a favorite of mine!
I used silver buckles on this headstall, without flowers, because I didn't want this piece to be too feminine. If you're looking for a classy, more masculine than feminine headstall for your grey/black/blue roan/sorrel horse, this one HAS to be the one!
This headstall measures 36.5" from bit end to end, with 2 holes smaller and 2 holes bigger, per side
