I've never done beading with green and dark blue before, but holy smokes why did it take me so long?! These colors are dynamite!
This short cheek headstall is dark brown in color. It features a carved crown and ear piece, with floral carving in a tan color. I cut away the background and replaced it with a medium blue colored leather. The ear piece has a tan colored braid.
The beading in the cheek includes the colors dark green/light green/dark blue/denim blue/light blue/white. I've included an underexposed photo to try and show the true colors of the beadwork - they really are dynamite together!
I used a plain silver buckle on this headstall because it already has so much going on! A plain buckle suits it just right!
